1. Why have you joined the Women in IT Asia Summit?
As an educator in the field of the digital skills development, I want to see more female students joining tech, which is rather low now across the world. That is why attending Women in IT Asia Summit is an outstanding opportunity to meet successful women from the tech industry, learn their stories and share those with our students to encourage more female students to pursue their dreams and create an inclusive and equal environment that would benefit us all.
2. Why are you compelled to participate in the PANEL DISCUSSION: Trends for developing talented IT teams of the future?
Working in the field of education, I often see how confused and doubtful students are about their future. This is why I am honoured to join the panel discussion “Trends for developing talented IT teams of the future”, so together with the experts we can identify what skills and qualifications are valued the most and use those insights to shape our educational approach, as well as support our students.
3. What sessions are you most looking forward to and why?
I am actually very curious to attend the session “Wellness hacks for IT leaders and how they can use it to create impact”. My job is quite stressful and challenging, especially with the COVID pandemic restrictions for educational institutions, that is why focus on mental health is on top of the list of priorities. Looking forward to learn from the amazing speaker Mikki!
4. Why should local and international professionals tune in for your session?
Our panel discussion “Trends for developing talented IT teams” would definitely benefit HR managers, CEOs, team managers, educators and even parents! We have great speakers with lots of experience, very relevant and interesting topics to discuss and a possibility to learn from each other. Our panel brings women from Singapore, India and Cambodia, we have different backgrounds and the same passion – to grow and learn together. So do not miss the panel!
