Kamini Aisola, Director for EMEA Segments and Acceleration Programs at Amazon Web Services, leads a pan-EMEA organization of business development and technology specialists responsible for AWS EMEA market segment strategy, customer-facing mechanisms and programs focused on large-scale migrations, new customer acquisition, digital innovation (using Amazon’s Working Backwards strategy), vertical industry specialization, cloud economics/value engineering, competitive intelligence, and developer relations. Prior to this, Kamini led the AWS Benelux organization for nine years, focused on driving cloud adoption in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. She brings over twenty years’ experience in the technology sector and holds a Master in Business Administration degree from IMD in Switzerland.

Dr. Cristina Aranda is a consultant in Digitalisation and AI. Also she is co-founder of MujeresTech, a non-profit association that aims to promote initiatives so that there are many more women in different positions in the digital sector and founder Spain AI Aragón.

Cristina is an advisor on technology and diversity to different public and private institutions of the Government of Spain. She was a speaker at TEDxZaragoza2018. Cristina holds a PhD in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics, a degree in Hispanic Philology, a Master in Internet Business, a Social Innovation Fellow of the US Embassy and Meridian Intl. Center.

Susana Delgado is a Digital Strategy Director at PagoNxt, the payments Fintech company from Santander group that aggregates global payments solutions. She brings a rich expertise in strategy and digital transformation and is passionate of customer experience.

Before joining Santander she had over 15 years’ experience having worked for Tech companies, including Amazon Marketplace, and in the SaaS industry, defining digital transformation and go-to-market strategies globally. She has a management consulting background at McKinsey.

Cali Dolfi is a Data Scientist in the Open Source Program Office at Red Hat. Her work focuses on changing the way we look at open source communities through the lens of data science and machine learning. Outside of data science, her passion lies in making careers in technology more accessible for underrepresented groups by mentoring college students and developing accessible academic resources.

Cali is a recent graduate of Boston University where she was a Teachers Fellow, collegiate athlete, and focused her studies on cryptography and data ethics. In her free time, she loves to weightlift, hike, and cook.

In his role as Director, MARC Alumni Learning and Engagement, Jose designs and executes the global MARC Alumni strategy. He provides a learning experience and actively develops the MARC Ambassadors community by curating relevant conversations on topics such as gender equity, inclusive leadership, masculinity, and more.

Jose brings to Catalyst his diverse experience from four continents, the public and private sectors, multinational companies, small-to-medium enterprises, start-ups, governments, universities, social agents, and non-governmental organizations. He is an energetic award-winning learning and development catalyzer.

He received his master’s degree with honors in international relations from Monash University of Australia and the National University of Singapore. He also graduated as a certified corporate coach, served as an Executive Committee board member at ICF Singapore and holds a business management background degree.

Born in Malaga, Spain, Jose has lived in eight different countries, is multilingual, and has a truly global mindset. This life journey has shaped his identity, his passion for multiculturalism and human-centered lifelong learning. He enjoys supporting teams and clients to achieve a positive impact in making the workplace—and society at large—a fairer and more inclusive place. In his spare time he loves travelling, cooking for friends, attending wine tastings, playing racket sports, and socializing to gain new perspectives.

As VP, Global MARC Learning, Sandra Ondraschek-Norris plays a key role in developing and refining the design, content and delivery of MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) offerings. She has played a leading role in the development of the MARC program in Europe and has been facilitating Engaging Men/MARC workshops and events for several years.

As a seasoned speaker, Sandra provides a refreshing voice and perspective on topics related to diversity and inclusion, engaging men, inclusive leadership and organizational culture. She has been frequently quoted in both the German-speaking and English-speaking media.

Sandra graduated with Honors in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and holds a number of professional qualifications in training, adult education and counseling. She is a citizen of Ireland and Switzerland, currently residing in Switzerland. In her free time she enjoys gardening and painting.

Serial entrepreneur Kirsty Sharman is the Founder of Referral Factory. She boasts an impressive career with over a decade of experience in technology and marketing, having consistently identified the latest consumer trends and built companies to address these needs. Prior to her current venture, she Co-Founded and built what is now Africa’s largest influencer marketing platform, Webfluential.

In 2015 she was nominated by M&G as one of the top 200 young South Africans to watch. She also Co-Founded Johannesburg’s first edition of Girl Geek Dinners, an NGO focussed on empowering women in IT. Since moving to The Netherlands, she has cemented a commitment to diversity, with Referral Factory being recognised by Techleap as one of the most gender-diverse startups in the Netherlands in 2019.

Lisa Spencer is the Vice President of Marketing at Irdeto. She is a seasoned marketing communications executive with more than 20 years of experience in creating awareness, and cultivating interest, engagement, and preference for a variety of companies in the technology, healthcare and transportation industries. She is an experienced storyteller with a track record of creating demand generation and customer retention programs that contribute to the bottom line. Recently, Lisa has become the Diversity and Inclusion lead, developing a strategy to further develop D&I at Irdeto. Based in the Netherlands, Lisa holds a double major in Journalism and French from Carleton University (Canada).
