A global citizen, Adriana started her career in Romania working for blue chip banks: Société Générale and UniCredit as a branch manager advising SMEs. In the midst of on ramping her career, she decided to move to Germany together with her husband and their 3 year old. She had to start all over again: back to school, graduating a full time MBA, and changing industry from fin to tech, while doing consulting projects in-between.
As a senior product manager for the leading German internet services provider, 1&1 IONOS, she started with productivity products, and now is responsible for the eCommerce portfolio in 8 markets. At 1&1 IONOS she discovered her new hobby: building products for businesses she used to advice in the first part of her career.

Dr. Hanna Köpcke is co-founder and CTO of Webdata Solutions. She is a renowned expert in the field of product data matching based on learning algorithms. For this reason, Hanna has been appointed, together with other innovative leaders from research labs and companies, as a member of the steering circle of the German Government - „Platform Learning Systems“. The goal of the circle is to establish future technologies and to strengthen the German economy by supporting and accelerating the process of digitization.
Furthermore, Dr. Köpcke is networking with other data mining and big data researchers worldwide. She is well connected with our research partners DFKI and the Competence Center for Scalable Data Services and Solutions at Leipzig University. Additionally, she is a member of the German Computer Science Society. Since her early childhood, Hanna was passionate about IT. After studying Computer Science at the TU Dortmund University, she deepened her expertise as a research assistant at the Artificial Intelligence Group. Later she headed the working group “Object Matching” at the WDI-Lab of the University of Leipzig. This is where the idea for blackbee was born.

After completing her A-levels in Germany, Sarah opted for a year of studies in the UK. This led to a total of 9 years doing degrees in business administration and international management at the University of Essex. While completing a PhD, Sarah worked as a graduate teaching assistant, also gaining experience as a marketing intern at Oracle headquarters in San Francisco, CA.
She moved back to Germany to become a Key Account Manager eCommerce at Arvato (Bertelsmann Group). Appreciating the opportunities and also understanding the restrictions of working for a global company, 2017 was all about going „back to the roots“. Growing up with a family business, she took the chance to accept responsibility as member of the executive board, taking care of Investor and Alliance Relations as well as preparing and strengthening OPITZ CONSULTING GmbH for the next years to come. Understanding that successful leadership is rarely a one-man-show, in 2019 she and three colleagues teamed up to become managing directors of OPITZ CONSULTING Deutschland GmbH.
