Anna is a founder of See Be Mean- a D&I consultancy built on the experience of developing inclusive managers and workplaces. Her background includes a decade of working in HR for various organisations, including well known and respected UK tech brands.
With a Master in Sociology, she uses her analytical and observation skills to help others gain new perspectives and transform them into change practices. Anna brings additional insight with her own personal experience of being a woman in tech, a mother, a Polish immigrant in the UK, and someone with a quite recent ADHD diagnosis.

Nerina works with individuals as well as numerous corporate clients from various industries including sport.
