She holds multiple masters degrees from SSU and CEU with subjects such as Linguistics, International Relations and Political Studies, and European Studies. She is passionate about people and trying to stand up against social inequality. In her teams, she promotes a culture of tolerance, understanding, and direct communication, while in her free time she is volunteering to mentor refugees, contribute to #techforgood and social business agenda. 

Currently, she is mentoring and coaching several startups and experts, matching them with potential partners, contributing to business and social impact agenda (WirvsVirus, EUvsVirus, GlobalHack etc).

Anna is a founder of See Be Mean- a D&I consultancy built on the experience of developing inclusive managers and workplaces. Her background includes a decade of working in HR for various organisations, including well known and respected UK tech brands.

With a Master in Sociology, she uses her analytical and observation skills to help others gain new perspectives and transform them into change practices. Anna brings additional insight with her own personal experience of being a woman in tech, a mother, a Polish immigrant in the UK, and someone with a quite recent ADHD diagnosis.

She worked for a decade conducting sleep and wellness programmes at Nightingale Hospital in London, coaches on burnout prevention at Ashridge Business School and is the original founder of BUPA’s Corporate Wellbeing Solutions. Nerina works with individuals as well as numerous corporate clients from various industries including sport. 

Nerina is author of Tired But Wired (Souvenir Press, 2010), Fast Asleep, Wide Awake (Thorsons, 2016), and The Little Book of Sleep: The Art of Natural Sleep (Gaia, 2018).
