Kamini Aisola, Director for EMEA Segments and Acceleration Programs at Amazon Web Services, leads a pan-EMEA organization of business development and technology specialists responsible for AWS EMEA market segment strategy, customer-facing mechanisms and programs focused on large-scale migrations, new customer acquisition, digital innovation (using Amazon’s Working Backwards strategy), vertical industry specialization, cloud economics/value engineering, competitive intelligence, and developer relations. Prior to this, Kamini led the AWS Benelux organization for nine years, focused on driving cloud adoption in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. She brings over twenty years’ experience in the technology sector and holds a Master in Business Administration degree from IMD in Switzerland.

Dr. Cristina Aranda is a consultant in Digitalisation and AI. Also she is co-founder of MujeresTech, a non-profit association that aims to promote initiatives so that there are many more women in different positions in the digital sector and founder Spain AI Aragón.

Cristina is an advisor on technology and diversity to different public and private institutions of the Government of Spain. She was a speaker at TEDxZaragoza2018. Cristina holds a PhD in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics, a degree in Hispanic Philology, a Master in Internet Business, a Social Innovation Fellow of the US Embassy and Meridian Intl. Center.

Suzana Curic, born and raised in Sweden with Croatian heritage, is a mother of 2 girls and an Industrial Engineer. Having worked for 20 years in the IT , Telecom, and Media industries, she joined Amazon Web Services in 2017 to help digital natives and ISVs become more agile, reduce IT costs and accelerate innovation thanks to the democratization of technology made possible with cloud computing. Today she heads the Digital Native and ISV business in Iberia.

Susana Delgado is a Digital Strategy Director at PagoNxt, the payments Fintech company from Santander group that aggregates global payments solutions. She brings a rich expertise in strategy and digital transformation and is passionate of customer experience.

Before joining Santander she had over 15 years’ experience having worked for Tech companies, including Amazon Marketplace, and in the SaaS industry, defining digital transformation and go-to-market strategies globally. She has a management consulting background at McKinsey.

Cali Dolfi is a Data Scientist in the Open Source Program Office at Red Hat. Her work focuses on changing the way we look at open source communities through the lens of data science and machine learning. Outside of data science, her passion lies in making careers in technology more accessible for underrepresented groups by mentoring college students and developing accessible academic resources.

Cali is a recent graduate of Boston University where she was a Teachers Fellow, collegiate athlete, and focused her studies on cryptography and data ethics. In her free time, she loves to weightlift, hike, and cook.

An internationally known open source strategist and community engagement expert, Leslie Hawthorn has spent her career creating, cultivating, and enabling open source communities. She has driven open source strategy in Fortune 10 companies, pre-IPO startups, and Foundation Boards including senior roles at Red Hat, Google, the Open Source Initiative, and Elastic. She currently leads the team responsible for vertical community strategy within Red Hat’s Open Source Program Office in the Office of the CTO.

A frequent speaker on all topics open source and digital transformation, Leslie enjoys dreaming about how open source and open standards can create citizen-centric Smart Cities. Born and raised in Silicon Valley, Leslie has called Europe home since 2014 and resides in Bonn, Germany with her daughter, their two canaries, Elle and Nana, and a small cat named Fee.
