Abi Mohamed is the Cyber Programme Manager at Tech Nation, an organisation focused on accelerating the growth of digital businesses in London and across cities in the UK through growth programmes, digital entrepreneurship skills development and championing of the UK’s digital tech sector through data and media campaigns. Additionally, she is the co-founder/tech lead of Community Growth Ventures, a London-based angel investment firm, investing time, capital and resources to help passionate founders from minority and underestimated backgrounds. CGV specifically works with startups at the Pre-Seed/Seed stage.

As CIO for Retail Business Banking and Channels at HSBC, Barbara manages and drives a diverse global team that partners with multiple business areas to deliver transformational solutions to serve customers and colleagues. She is renowned for leading with personality and strong values and is passionate about mentoring, supporting junior talent and driving diversity in the workforce.

Caroline Gorski is Group Director of R2 Data Labs, charged with developing the strategy and implementation of data innovation technologies and capabilities for Rolls-Royce that lead to new insights, new solutions and new business models, generating substantial value for the Group.
Having graduated from Oxford University with an MA, Caroline has spent 25 years analysing, advising and managing strategic change at the leading edge of technology development, including as Head of IoT and Digital Manufacturing for Digital Catapult, part of the UK Government’s innovation support network. Currently, she holds NED and Board Advisory positions for CENSIS and Sensing Feeling as well as roles advising and supporting regional and national governments around the world in Digital Strategy development.

Joanna is a technologist at heart and is fascinated by how technology can be applied to business and social challenges. She has worked in the IT industry for 24 years, mainly in technical presales and professional services, including senior business and technical leadership roles. At Red Hat, Joanna leads a team of solution architects helping clients solve business problems with open source software.
Joanna is passionate about the importance of good design in IT projects and promotes the use of design thinking to create user-centric solutions. She is a busy coach and mentor to many technical professionals and loves this part of her role.
Joanna believes the IT industry must attract a more diverse workforce to deliver its full potential and actively encourages women to enter and remain in technical careers.
Joanna is mother to a lively daughter who keeps her and her husband on their toes.
Kim has a background in science, with a PhD in Astrophysics and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. She is the co-founder and CEO of Pivigo – the Data Science Hub. Pivigo is a data science marketplace, accelerating data innovation in organisations by connecting them to a global community of freelancing data scientists. Pivigo also runs Europe’s largest data science training programme S2DS. Kim with her team at Pivigo are excited to bring businesses and scientists together to harness the value and opportunities in data, by bridging the gap between the two fields. Since the launch of Pivigo, Kim has been named a Rising Star among the Top 100 Influencers of Big Data in the, awarded ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ in the Women in IT awards and named as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in IT in the UK in 2018 and 2019. Kim is passionate about data, people, and connecting the two.

Manisha is a passionate technology leader of more than 15 years’ experience, in the engineering and IT services sector. Having graduated from the University of Derby with an MBA and CMI Chartered Manager status, Manisha has spent much of her working life within the IT and digital domain, advising and implementing strategic people, culture and service transformation programmes.
In her present role as the Head of Digital Culture for R2 Data Labs, Manisha is accountable for the development and delivery of a global ‘digital-First’ enablement & learning ecosystem for Rolls-Royce, which supports the application and industrialisation of digital skills across its entire workforce, supply chain and customers.
Nabila joined the Board of Tenth Revolution Group in 2020, and as President of Revolent Group is responsible for leading on the creation of talent. Nabila has accrued over 15 years of leadership experience in professional services, tech recruitment, and marketing in the UK and USA. She is passionate about creating talent and plays an active role in encouraging, supporting, and promoting diversity in the workplace. Nabila was recognised in Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35 List 2019.
Stephanie Dillon is Founder of Inclusivity Partners and Co-Founder of the Reignite Academy. Her earlier career was spent working with multinational recruitment companies across London, Sydney and Melbourne. In 2015 she launched Inclusivity to provide opportunities for so many candidates, women in particular, who were failing to make shortlists, largely due to recruitment processes that reject people with non-linear CVs. She has since run many returner programmes for, and placed returners back with, blue-chip companies across sectors as diverse as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Oil and Gas. Stephanie co-founded the Reignite Academy to champion career returners amongst the legal profession.
