Abi Mohamed is the Cyber Programme Manager at Tech Nation, an organisation focused on accelerating the growth of digital businesses in London and across cities in the UK through growth programmes, digital entrepreneurship skills development and championing of the UK’s digital tech sector through data and media campaigns. Additionally, she is the co-founder/tech lead of Community Growth Ventures, a London-based angel investment firm, investing time, capital and resources to help passionate founders from minority and underestimated backgrounds. Anna is the CEO of Code First Girls and a board member for the Institute of Coding. Before joining CFG Anna was the CEO and co-founder of Founders Factory incubated EdTech startup Frisbee. Prior to that, Anna was the Commercial Director of Lynda.com and LinkedIn. When LinkedIn acquired Lynda for $1.5 Billion in April 2015, she became part of the fourth-largest acquisition in social media history and subsequently contributed to the creation of LinkedIn Learning. Caroline Gorski is Group Director of R2 Data Labs, charged with developing the strategy and implementation of data innovation technologies and capabilities for Rolls-Royce that lead to new insights, new solutions and new business models, generating substantial value for the Group.
Having graduated from Oxford University with an MA, Caroline has spent 25 years analysing, advising and managing strategic change at the leading edge of technology development, including as Head of IoT and Digital Manufacturing for Digital Catapult, part of the UK Government’s innovation support network. Currently, she holds NED and Board Advisory positions for CENSIS and Sensing Feeling as well as roles advising and supporting regional and national governments around the world in Digital Strategy development.

Dr. Dana Brown was appointed as Carleton University’s Dean of the Sprott School of Business for a five-year term commencing on July 1, 2019.
Dr. Brown joined Carleton University from De Montfort University in Leicester, England, where she was the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law and Pro Vice Chancellor for Enterprise. Prior to this, she was the Director of the MBA at Oxford University’s Said Business School (2013-2016), Professor of Strategic Management and Academic Director of the joint DBA with Sun Yat Sen University at EMLYON Business School in Lyon, France (2010-2013) and University Lecturer in International Business and Management Fellow at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University (2005-2010).
In addition to experience working in academic institutions, Dr. Brown has also worked in business and with a number of new start-ups, including Amazon.com in its early years. She has helped to establish a number of active learning initiatives for entrepreneurs, and has a particular interest in social entrepreneurship and its impact on local economic development. Dr. Brown is President of Warm Heart Worldwide, a non-profit community development organization based in Phrao, Thailand. She is also a member of the Governing Body of the Vedica Scholars Program for Women in New Delhi, India. From 2007-2019, Dana worked as an adviser and member of the Selection Committee for the Alfa Fellowship Program in Russia. She was a founding Board member of the Leicester Business Festival Community Interest Company.
Dr. Brown holds a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University, an M.Phil. in Russian and East European Studies from Oxford University and a PhD in Political Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She won a Rhodes Scholarship to attend Oxford in 1994. Dana has trained as an Executive Coach with Meyler Campbell in London and has incorporated coaching into her role as a manager and into MBA and executive education curricula.
Fiona is a qualified diversity and inclusion leader and D&I company award winner with over 15 years’ experience of leading and growing the global diversity & inclusion agenda for one of the largest banking and financial service organisations in the world, including leading the UK as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion.

With a career spanning both the UK and US, Fred initially trained as a lawyer before studying Finance at London Business School. As Chief Operating Officer at Aire, Fred oversees our Operations function with responsibility for the Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success and Information Security areas of the business and serves on the board. Bringing his twenty years experience of scaling start-ups to Aire, Fred was most recently Senior Director at California-based fintech, Symphony and has also held roles at Skype, BT and eBay. Prior to this, Jacqueline held senior executive roles at major tech companies including Sage Group, Citrix Systems, CA Technologies, Novell and McAfee International. Joanne Rewcastle is an experienced digital engagement professional, telling the story of digital transformation in DWP Digital, part of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
